Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the $6.00 return shipping fee. Refunds apply to the cost of the returned product only; original shipping charges are non‑refundable. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Warranty Information & Intake
Birds Choice products are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for the life of the product, except as described below. Birds Choice’s responsibility under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of a defective or damaged product or parts, at Birds Choice’s discretion.
This warranty applies only when the product has been used and maintained, in accordance with Birds Choice instructions.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- attempted or unauthorized repairs,
- cosmetic scratches from squirrels or other animals,
- sun fading or discoloration
- weather-related damage
- accidents, dropped or fallen feeders
- improper handling or installation
- shipping damage
- misuse, abuse, or neglect.
No other warranties, expressed or implied, are provided and all implied warranties are disclaimed.
Birds Choice is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, and all implied warranties are disclaimed.
Proof of purchase and prepaid return of the part or product may be required.

Recycled plastic HDPE components are warranted to be free from material or manufacturing defects that cause fading, cracking or splitting, for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase.
