When Bird's Choice was founded in 1992, the market was full of wood feeders that cracked within a season, swelled shut after rain, and grew mold that harmed the birds they were meant to attract. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We charge a $6.00 flat rate return shipping fee and no restocking fee. Products must be unused and in original packaging to qualify. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the $6.00 return shipping fee. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
